Culture Branding Strategy

Brand Consultant

I collaborated with Head Coach Doug Christie and Assistant Coach Dip of the Sacramento Kings coaching staff during the offseason to develop a brand identity concept that would define and reinforce the team’s culture. I led discovery sessions to gather insights on the desired mindset, playing style, and core values the staff wanted to instill, translating those ideas into a clear set of cultural pillars and keywords.

Building on the Kings’ brand, we developed a concept rooted in the DNA of royalty—merging themes of legacy, identity, and performance with the existing visual language. DNA strands were used to form a crown, symbolizing how culture, habits, and values serve as the foundation of success. Key words reflecting the team’s philosophy were integrated directly into the artwork.

I created mockups across multiple touchpoints, including posters and apparel, to demonstrate how the concept could live within the training environment and function as a daily visual reminder for players and staff. The result was a cohesive, flexible cultural identity the Kings could use internally to communicate and reinforce their offseason philosophy.

We completed a full brand and web strategy based project for Sterling Metals, a client in the investment and mining industry. Our inspiration when we developed the colour palette for the brand were earth and mineral based tones mixed with metal. We then delivered a business system and website which included a content management system to help the team deliver news to the website on a weekly basis. The logo discretely includes their stock symbol ticker sign, SAG, which can be spotted when you look carefully at the way the first “S” and the “G” connects with the triangle in the middle.

Collaborated with the investment communications team to develop and launch a new conversational style for AGF’s weekly thought leadership video. Key responsibilities included filming portfolio managers and key stakeholders, animating infographics, sound engineering, and managing the uploading process.

Sharma Law

Website Rebuild and SEO Optimization

Sharma Law was looking to target multiple cities using SEO optimization. Working with Delta Growth, they conducted the keyword research to help guide how we write and optimize content for the website. After three months, we were able to double the web traffic organically and we tracked the growth using a custom reporting dashboard. We also setup a social media deployment platform for delivering weekly blog posts to all their channels.
